Our Edelweisser® Gin, like the three leaf cross in our trademark, is based on three main substances which truly symbolizes
the clash of Velebit mountain range Junipers and Edelweiss plants with the mediterranean Marasca Cherry, combined with mediterranian plants & spices, enriched by the adriatic sea and coast aromas, spreaded around by the famous Bura wind.

With 2700+ hours of sunshine annually, the Dalmatian Island of Hvar is the sunniest island among more than thousand of islands, islets and reefs in the Croatian part of the Adriatic sea, and therefore the perfect environment for Mediterranean bitter oranges, olive leafes, lavender flower and famous herbs and spices.
To complete the package, the bottle is painted in olive green color, as olive leafes in this gin are used to balance the bitter orange taste, and create a truly unique & original dalmatian taste of gin.

The leitmotiv of our production was always:
"THE MAGIC HAPPENS IN THE NATURE - WE JUST BOTTLE IT"
As of 2018., when the founder of Edelweisser Gin Ante Kasalo met Marko Marinšek, who with time became the
masterdistiller of the Edelweisser Gin company, the adventure went way beyond anyones expectations.
But neverthenless, we keep it simple, and just grab to the path that is in front of us with ease.
It's the nature that does mostly of the job anyway...
The Edelweisser mountaineering club will be ready 2024. to kick off in the new clubhouse, located in the Velebit mountain range in Croatia, in a small village called Oltari.
Once ready, we invite you to be among the first to experience the Velebit mountain range magic.
